Put-in-Bay

Oh wow. How do I describe this place. Very peaceful, fun, laid-back. Very Texas-ish? Except people here get a kick out of the way I talk...go figure.

David and I arrived yesterday at Put-in-Bay, Ohio, for my dear friend Megan's wedding weekend. We left Lubbock at 4 a.m. and arrived here at 9:30 p.m. (eastern time) via...Midland, Houston, Chicago, Detriot...and finally Cleveland.

ALL WORTH IT!

YEAHHHH finally get to see Meg.
We are staying on an Island...had to drive our Ford escape on a ferry to get over here. Most people either ride a bike, walk or drive mini-cars (golf cars with license plates & blinkers!). This is out on a boardwalk...People drive their very large boats that are like a boat-RV and hook-up with electricity for the night!

This shot is for Pepaw...look at those motors! This is a police boat.
